Car Guys sent me a great coupon in the mail for a synthetic oil change. They spent 2 hours on my car just to change the oil. This was unfortunately the reason they received 4 stars. They did rotate my tires at no charge and the manager gave me an amazing discount on my visit as an apology for waiting so long. The service was incredible and they did a full inspection of my car. I paid more than half the price I would have anywhere else.But sitting for 2 hours for an oil change took up a huge portion of my day I wasn’t prepared to spend. I would highly recommend them, just maybe plan to drop off vehicle even when you have a set appointment time.

My experience with The Car Guys in NC has been a fantastic one. They not only corrected my rattle problem but pointed out future things to look out for either by getting the work done by them or wherever I would take it to get the job done. They were very curtious, professional and honest. I appreciate honesty and a job well done and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. My car is a 2012 Pathfinder and is my baby and I am so glad to have The Car Guys making my baby happy and me!! Thank you Car Guys once again!!

They were awesome! Helped me a ton, explained well what happened to my car and what was needed, and even did some additional work and didn’t charge me for it. Also the guy upfront, Austin, was cool and friendly.
Excellent Service, reasonably priced, quick. Replaced entire engine, suspension, Tirods, HVAC, and exhaust in less than a week.
