We evacuated Western NC with a broken headlight and Car Guys squeezed us in first thing in the morning and got right to work while I waited. Amazing service and excellent work.

The guys at Car Guys provided me with excellent service. Now, to be clear, I only had a car inspection, however the people are very courteous, and the waiting area was clean and neat. Now, that may not mean a lot to many, but to me it says they want to please their customers, and in the auto repair business pleasing a customer means doing the job right and charging a fair price. I got a good feeling and if I need to have work done on my car, I will go to the Car Guys. That being said, outside of oil changes and stuff, I really won’t be thrilled going to the Car Guys ( or anywhere else) if my car needs major surgery. No one looks forward to a big repair bill for a car or anything else for that matter.

Had a diagnostic test done and the Car Guys found out I needed my vehicles 🚗 speed sensor replaced. Was finished in one day They let my car stay for two weeks and I’m very thankful for them working on my car and working with me. My car feels a lot better when I accelerate from completing a stop.
