I really like this team. Rich is super helpful, pricing is fair and work is always top quality. Been here 4 or 5 times now since moving to the state and never had a bad experience.

Rich and his staff are straight shooters. They have worked on my 2014 Grand Cherokee several times. They communicate well when it comes to pricing, timing and diagnosis of the issue. They have also have provided follow-up work based on the warranty they provide. My experience here was a pleasant surprise when compared to the awful customer service I've found at several Jeep dealerships in town.

So I had an issue with my Mercedes Benz and I didn’t know how to deal with the warranty company. I took my car to the car and truck guys. They were able to diagnose figure out the problem and were able to figure everything out with the warranty so I didn’t have to worry about it and I was able to keep my car back in no time at all🤩🤩😎 thanks to Richard and Robert at the Charleston location.
