Took my 2016 Toyota for 60k service. Rich explained the specific functions that would be performed and those that would be checked and I would be notified if they needed service. The quoted price is what I paid which was significantly less than the dealership. I was allowed to drop the car off the night before and told it would be secure during the night. I was called when all the work was completed so I could pick up the car. Very professional, honest and reasonably priced. Plan to use again.
