I went in without an appointment needing a new battery. After checking to make sure my battery needed replacing and that there were no other problems, they replaced my battery. In less than an hour I drove away with my new battery. Friendly, quick, efficient service!

I have an '04 Jetta that was having an electrical issue. It wouldn't start, so I got it jumped and took it to an auto parts store to have the battery & alternator checked. Since they told me the alternator was bad, and the car was flashing an ABS light and having other symptoms of a bad alternator, I had it towed to the Car & Truck Guys. Since the shop closed for the evening, I dropped a note and my keys in the overnight dropbox. The next morning around 1030, after extensive diagnostics, Phil calls me and assured me it was just a bad battery! And, the bill was 4x cheaper than I was prepared to pay! They could've easily replaced the alternator and charged me an arm and a leg but they did not! The car runs like new again, and I'm back on the road! It's good to find a reputable automotive repair shop in 'Vegas with that "small town mom & pop feel"! Thanks Car & Truck Guys! We will be back!! George M.
