We understand you are unhappy with your service and offer a sincere apology for any confusion that may have occurred. I am not sure what brand or grade of oil the previous company used for their oil change services but we use only top quality synthetic oil. We review this with each customer that comes in and provide a printed copy with the total before work begins. We then have each customer sign, acknowledging the charges beforehand to eliminate any element of surprise. We will do our best to make sure this doesn't occur again in the future.
