I had a problem with my air conditioning on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee I called American Auto and Daniel answered the phone from that point on it was just a simple awesome experience he got me in and out as promised they didn't try to upsell me I had a bad o-ring they recharge my freon and I was good to go very good price I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and let me emphasize Daniel at the counter was awesome!

Dealer quoted $1300 to repair and replace A/C. Took car to Rich at Car Guys. They diagnosed a whole different cause to the A/C problem and fixed the problem for under $375! Talk about honesty and excellent customer service. I won't use anyone else for my automotive needs.

They were able to special order the parts, get my truck fixed and have me back on the road the same day, saving me hundreds of dollars of lost time and gave me an excellent discount along with professional service.
