I can't speak highly enough about The Car Guys at American Auto Care. I felt so well taken care of. If I had to pick two words to describe them - honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car care!

The service I received at American Auto Care/The Car & Truck Guys was excellent! I say that because I ran into the shop right before closing on a Saturday with a car problem. Daniel quickly diagnosed my problem, and gave me my options. I made an appointment for Monday, at the time I was able to go. Wouldn't you know, just like that my car problem was fixed!!! Price was fair and job was done! Thank you to Daniel and the mechanic who fixed my car!!! I would highly recommend using this shop for any of your auto repairs! I am a happy customer :)

Daniel helped me diagnose and fix my 05 Jeep Wrangler. He was very professional and called to update me. He got my Jeep in and out very quickly, will definitely be a return customer and would reccomend to any friends!

I had an appointment but still they are slow and expensive. I had a coupon for an oil change..... that turned into other things.

We are sorry your not happy with your visit. After reviewing your work order, I do see you paid $19.99 for your oil change (which is half price) and you also requested to inspect your fan belt for intermittent noise. You where informed at the beginning that the oil change would take an hour. During the inspection process it was discovered that your vehicle needed the fan belt replaced along with the air filter and cabin air filter, which you authorized to be repaired. Your vehicle was there for 2.5 hours for the entire service, the replacement parts for your fan belt and filters had to be ordered, as we do not stock them.
