Due to unforeseen changes in my schedule, I found I had additional time available for possibly getting my vehicle worked on. I called And spoke with Rich and even though it was approaching mid-afternoon, he said to go ahead and bring my vehicle in. And within a couple of hours, the work was done both expeditiously and meticulously. And in doing so, my vehicle now stops better and I was able to make a previously scheduled 6pm meeting on time, with minutes to spare. My car had smoke coming from the back exhaust & engine light turned on. My car was towed to this place and I was told that my engine blew & that I needed a new engine. They were going to charge me over $4200 for a new engine. I called several times to see how many miles this new engine I was going to receive had. It took 3 days until I got the answer. Anyways, long story short, a friend of mine referred me to their mechanic so it was towed to a different shop & they said that I didn't need a new engine. I'm only paying 1/4 of what they told me it was going to cost. Wow... that's crazy - never again will I take my car there!

We came from out of town with a car barely making the journey. Called the auto guys. They took us in even with a mechanic off. Super nice people! Did a great job & work guaranteed for 2 yrs which made us feel very secure! Super nice too!
