Great attitude, service, and workmanship, but a little pricey. I understand the book time for adding Freon to the correct level might be an hour, but if it only takes you 20 minutes, maybe you only charge me for the 20 minutes, especially when you have 3 other people in the lobby and the entire garage is full. $120 for job that should cost $50 doesn’t bring back repeat customers.
John, All repair shops work by book time, that's just the way this business works. You didn't even get charged an hour labor (our hourly is $136.50 and you were charged $109 which includes using our $5000 a/c machine that allows us to get the cars done faster and get customers in and out faster. I could have left the car back there for another 40 mins but i thought your time was more important. Our Normal evac/recharge is $159 plus tax/fees and i cut yours down substantially , jumped on it right away, and had you back on the road very quickly. I'm not sure how it could have gone any better for you?? This is NOT a $50 job, maybe in the driveway or using craigslist, but not at a reputable shop in Summerlin using top of the line equipment....
