Quick fast service and honest they checked my battery and that was the problem and they did not try to sell me an alernator they checked it and told me it was fine. Very honest!!!

Quick, helpful and responsive: While visiting LV from Salt Lake City I got a "check engine" warning. I suspected that it was due to a fuel cap and needed to download the trouble code. I walked in to The Car & Truck Guys (formerly American Auto Care) and asked Rich for help. He checked the code, reset the error light and recommended future steps. He didn't charge anything! These car & truck guys have my patronage!

Excellent service and timely manner

I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in to have the brakes checked as they were squeeking. I honestly believed I was going to have to replace my brakes. I dropped my jeep off to Rich at 7am, by 830 am Rich had called me with the results of the brake inspection. No brakes needed. Huge sigh of relief. The results of the inspection is not why I give this business 5 stars. The warm, welcoming, professional service was the start. The speed at which the inspection was performed and Rich's honesty. He easily could have told me I needed new brakes, but he didn't. His honesty and service is the reason for the 5 star review, and the reason The Car and Truck Guys will be my new auto shop moving forward.
