I called 5 locations to find out the details for getting a new battery for my ml350, and Rich was the first guy I talked with that actually new the battery was located under the passenger seat and that the computer would need some reprograming after the battery was installed. Then when I got there for my appointment Daniel got me right in and took real good care to make sure all was done properly and get me the best pricing too :-), Thanks, Guys

These guys have consistently taken care of me and gone out of their way to do so as economically as possible. Twice I've been in there with a host of potential issues and neither time have they tried to talk me into a bunch of things I don't need (like some places have). One day on the way to an important family event, I was nearby and started losing coolant like crazy. I pulled in and they dropped everything and set me up with a temporary fix at NO CHARGE. They've been willing to give advice that has helped me work on it myself and have pointed me to other mechanics for specialized work. I recommend them to everyone.

Every time I have brought my vehicle in for any type of repair it has been fixed without a problem. Have never has to return vehicle for any work that was done prior. They get it right the first time. Great work guys.
