Nevada and North Carolina Auto Repair

I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in to have the brakes checked as they were squeeking. I honestly believed I was going to have to replace my brakes. I dropped my jeep off to Rich at 7am, by 830 am Rich had called me with the results of the brake inspection. No brakes needed. Huge sigh of relief. The results of the inspection is not why I give this business 5 stars. The warm, welcoming, professional service was the start. The speed at which the inspection was performed and Rich's honesty. He easily could have told me I needed new brakes, but he didn't. His honesty and service is the reason for the 5 star review, and the reason The Car and Truck Guys will be my new auto shop moving forward.

Rich is amazing! I have an older vehicle, scary finding a shop that will take care of you. He is honest and reliable! I feel lucky to have found this automotive shop. I would recommend to anyone.

The business seams to be very well organized. This is the first repair business that is using modern tools for organization (contact and follow up by computers). Employees demonstrate actual care and importance of the customer. My service experience was very honest.

I have taken both of my cars to American Auto in Summerlin and received excellent and fair service. Though both times the cars needed to be returned for further service, the employees were honest and fair in their assessments and costs. I would definitely recommend this establishment to family and friends.
