Excellent service that began with a human-to-human phone call with Mark… The quote for the service I needed blew me away, as it highly differed from the one I received from Meineke. I appreciate being a woman who can trust a local mechanic. Sabl is running well and I intend to return to The Car Guys for future services and repairs.

My car was starting to overheat and after calling numerous mechanics and being told they were too busy Mark from car guys said yea bring it down They couldn’t figure it out that day but my AC died and said it might be related take it home and see if it overheats, it didn’t. But I wasn’t charged. Mark had a family emergency and said “call me on Monday we will get you taken care of” so I did, and he said yea bring your car in tomorrow and we will change your AC. Not a cheap job (thanks Honda lol) but they were quick. Mark worked with me on the price and got to a number I was comfortable with, and now I’m back on the road with cold AC. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else, thanks again mark!

Called to get some new spark plugs and some routine maintenance on our car. Seth was really awesome to talk with and get us going. Really knowledgeable guy who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Next time I have any issues, I will be calling these guys.

Mark and his team always take care of me and my car. He calls me right away after he diagnoses the issue, and fixes the problem the same day.

Looking for honesty and integrity in all your automotive repair needs? The Car Guys on West Sahara. They fixed my wife's Lexus then mine... both difficult fixes. After calling ten (10) different repair shops Car Guys gave the best quotes and then amazing service as well as guarantees on their work. They even lent me their loaner which was a life saver.... Highly recommended and Thank You, Car Guys!!

Came in with a check engine light for my catalytic converter, they checked it out and gave me a wonderful price ! They were fast and got the job done same day. I definitely recommend ❗️❗️
