This is a really amazing auto repair shop they actually work with integrity. I’m amazed. They’re very honest. I had a wonderful experience and just recently. I ran over a median and my dashboard lit up like a rainbow. The check engine light came on, service ESC & traction light came on. Usually when my car breaks down. I have a panic attack, But because I found this shop, I had a piece of mind. Knowing I wouldn’t be taking advantage of & scammed. The prices are unbelievable. Their work is the best. I am super duper satisfied & my worries about auto repairs are over.😺 A few experiences, once I had my timing chain fixed At The Car Guysand maybe 4 to 6 months later my car began to leak. I didn’t think for a second, it had anything to do with my timing chain. I took it back to the Car Guys. They took responsibility for the leak. they said it was their fault. They forgot to put a gasket or maybe some type of ring back on that caused the leak. They fixed it without any charge, they didn’t have to take responsibility. They could’ve blamed it on me. They could’ve charged me. Another experience, my brakes were squeaking & also I was told that I needed my brakes fixed. I took it to The Car Guys. They checked it out. They said that it was not my brakes. It was my ABS. There was nothing wrong with my breaks & that I just needed to slow down my driving and that’s what caused the ABS to cause that squeaking, which I thought was my brakes, they didn’t charge me anything and not even a diagnostic fee they waive that charge, I slowed down my driving and I don’t hear the squeaking noise anymore, Unbelievable. So, if you guys or ladiesare having problems with auto repairs/auto mechanics, go to The Car Guys and your problems are solved.
