Needed an oil change that day at a specific time...yes, he said, come back at 3. I did and was out the door in 20 minutes. Talked to me about the condition of my oil. Super friendly and efficient!!!!!

They did a great job with my brakes but the Mechanic broke my front hub cap, but they agreed to buy me a new one and put it on for me..

Good service ; reasonable price and easy to work with

I do not live in Las Vegas. My car broke down while I was driving through. I called a number of Ford dealerships and normal response was it would be May before anyone even look at my car. I went to Google and found a mechanic shop near me. Mark sent me the info for a tow company that was great to work with. Once I got to the shop Eathen was very understanding and helpful with the issue. He was willing to work with me and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They kept me informed along the way of what was going on with my transmission. I was very amazed that they were able to get a transmission to the shop and in my car within 4 days. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a car fix.

Started with transmission fluid change for $500 ended up paying $800 way too expensive.

We offered you to not do the transmission pan due to the filter not being replaceable in the own one. You made the choice to do the repair nobody forced you to do the repair. You picked up the car happy if you were not happy you should have said something at the time and not take to saying something online. We gave you a written estimate that you okayed. We called you when we found the filter was not replaceable with the new estimate or we could have done a drain and fill which would have been even cheaper than the first estimate but you chose to continue with the repair.

Very happy with this guys.They fixed my 2019 F150 ford in one day,complicated job and my truck runs like brand new.This guys are very friendly,professional and great mechanics.They start working on my truck right away and offer to take me home so I dont have to wait 6 hours till my truck is ready.Thanks guys.Zbigniew
